Biography

My interest in photography began in 1966 as a member of the high school yearbook staff. My Interest grew to more of a passion through subsequent years. Equipment has included a wide variety of film and digital cameras. A few of the black & white images were captured using my grandfather's medium format 1923 Kodak Series C, which I have modified to accept 120 film.  Subject matter on this website includes wildlife, landscape, a variety of scenic images, and our own pets. I grew up in Colorado, lived for many years in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, and now live again along the front range in Colorado. Aulter-Image is merely a tag for the images I appreciate most. On my site you will find images from Cape Cod, Nova Scotia, New York State, Massachusetts Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, South Dakota, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Scotland, and Germany.
